I don’t want to jump right in and pretend like I’ve been blogging here on wordpress for ages. It would be like making a new acquaintance and treating him like a long-lost friend – things just shouldn’t work that way. I need to establish a blogging presence before I can write casually and conversationally about life in a small town, politics, or coffee. I feel that my new weblog needs some sort of introduction: “My blog, meet the world. The world, meet my blog.” So consider this the maiden voyage. More to come. Bon Voyage!
